Questions about this template
What is the difference between one-off and monthly costs?
A one-off cost is paid once, such as registering a company or building a website. A monthly cost comes back every month, such as tools, insurance and your own pay.
Which costs are easy to forget?
Accounting, insurance, the tools you pay for every month, and your own pay. The starter rows include them so they are not missed.
Can I open the file in a spreadsheet?
Yes. The CSV file opens in any spreadsheet. If a name starts with a symbol that a spreadsheet could read as a formula, the file puts a quote mark in front, so it shows as plain text.
Where are my numbers kept?
Only on your device, in this page. Nothing is saved or sent, so download the file if you want to keep them.
